VeeCut
Terms of Use
Effective date: 28 October 2026
1. Who we are
VeeCut is provided by ASJIN, the Google Play developer account that publishes VeeCut ("we", "us"). Contact: business@asjin.in.
2. Accepting these Terms
By installing or using VeeCut you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. Who may use VeeCut: VeeCut is a general-audience tool. You must be able to agree to these Terms under the laws where you live, or have a parent or guardian agree for you.
3. Your right to use VeeCut
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use VeeCut on Android devices you own or control, in line with these Terms and the rules of the store you got it from.
VeeCut offers a subscription for ₹300 per month, or an ad-supported option. Saving split videos to your device requires watching ads or having an active subscription. In the ad-supported option, ads also appear while videos are processing.
The purchase screen and payment provider's terms explain billing, renewal, cancellation and any applicable taxes before you subscribe. Manage or cancel a subscription through the service where you purchased it; uninstalling VeeCut does not itself cancel a subscription. Refunds are subject to that service's policies and applicable consumer law.
4. Your videos stay yours
You keep all rights to the videos, images and text you use in VeeCut. We don't claim ownership of your content, and because VeeCut processes media on your device without uploading it to us, we don't need or take a license to it.
You are responsible for making sure you have the rights to edit, split and watermark any media you use, including images or logos you add as watermarks.
5. Acceptable use
- Don't use VeeCut for anything unlawful.
- Don't use it to infringe copyright, trademarks or other people's rights, or to remove or misrepresent ownership of content.
- Don't reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the app except where the law allows.
6. Device and storage
VeeCut requires Android 10 or later and enough free storage for the clips you create. Watermarking re-encodes video, which takes longer and can warm up your device.
7. Exports and backups
VeeCut doesn't overwrite your original video, but results can vary. Clips without a watermark follow source keyframes, so their lengths can differ from the duration you set. Some formats may not be supported. Please keep a backup of any source video that matters to you.
8. Third-party services
Google Play, Android's media and file pickers, and any cloud or file provider you choose are run by others under their own terms. We aren't responsible for those services.
9. Our intellectual property
The VeeCut app, name, logo and design belong to us or our licensors. These Terms don't give you any rights to them beyond using the app.
10. Availability and changes
We may update, change or stop offering VeeCut or any feature at any time.
11. Warranties and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, VeeCut is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data or media. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer laws that can't be waived or limited by contract.
12. Ending use
You can stop using VeeCut at any time by uninstalling it. We may end your right to use the app if you seriously breach these Terms. Sections 4, 9, 11 and 14 continue after termination.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We'll change the effective date above and, for significant changes, give reasonable notice. Continuing to use VeeCut after changes means you accept them.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws that apply where you live, to the extent required by those laws. Nothing here removes rights your local consumer laws give you.
